What does a project cost?
Explore our website packages and à la carte options. The prices shown are placeholders for now. Your quote will set out the pages, features and services included, plus any separate costs and VAT treatment.
How long will our website take?
Timing depends on the size of the website, its features and how ready your content is. We agree a schedule with you once the scope is clear, including time for feedback and approvals.
What do you need from us to get started?
A little about your business, your customers and what you want the website to achieve. If you have a logo, brand guidelines, existing website or examples you like, bring those too. We’ll work through what’s missing together.
Do we need to supply the words and images?
Your knowledge of the business is the starting point. You can supply content, or we can agree help with writing and sourcing suitable imagery as part of the quote. Photography, stock licences and copywriting are scoped separately where needed.
Can you improve our existing website?
Yes. We’ll look at its design, content and practical limitations before recommending a focused refresh or a new build. If you’re moving platforms, we’ll also discuss the content and URLs that need to carry across.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. Pages are designed to adapt to different screen sizes, and we check navigation, forms and key interactions across desktop and mobile before launch.
Will people be able to find it on Google?
We include search foundations such as page titles, headings, clear content structure and indexable pages. Search visibility also depends on your competition, content and ongoing activity; a new website alone doesn’t guarantee rankings.
Can we update the website ourselves?
If you want to manage content, tell us upfront. We’ll agree an editing setup suited to what you need to change and include the relevant handover in the scope. Alternatively, we can quote for ongoing updates.
What about our domain, hosting and email?
We can help plan the website’s domain and hosting setup, including an existing provider where suitable. Hosting, renewals, paid software and any email work are itemised separately, so you can see the ongoing costs.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We’ll discuss your products, payment options, delivery requirements and how you want to manage orders. Platform subscriptions, payment-provider fees and integrations are confirmed separately.
What happens after launch?
We hand over the agreed website and discuss any ongoing care you need. Content changes, maintenance and further improvements can be quoted separately or included in an agreed care arrangement.
Can we start small and add more later?
Absolutely. We can plan around the pages and features you need now, leaving room for future content and improvements. Anything outside the original scope is discussed and quoted before work begins.
