This website introduces Avara Digital’s website design, development and care services and provides a way to enquire about a project. These terms govern use of this website. They do not replace a written quotation, scope of work or project agreement.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, create a service agreement or commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, timings, revisions, ownership and ongoing support are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Prices shown as indicative, sample or “from” amounts are guides. Your confirmed quote depends on the agreed scope. Any taxes, hosting, domain, third-party subscriptions or other charges must be clarified in your quote.
Portfolio and concept demonstrations
Projects labelled as concepts are illustrative, self-initiated examples. They do not represent paid client work or claimed client results. Fictional brands, products and sample content are used to demonstrate design approaches. Demo stores do not provide a connected checkout or accept payments.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, designs, code, branding and imagery belong to Avara Digital or the relevant rights holders. You may view the site and share links to it. Other use, copying or redistribution requires permission from the appropriate rights holder, except where permitted by law. Project ownership and licensing are addressed in each project agreement.
Respectful use
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful content. Only provide information you are entitled to share.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and working, but content may change and access may sometimes be interrupted. Website information is general and should be confirmed directly for your project. We do not promise specific search rankings, business outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
